OLD-COMPUTERS.COM. A site that has been around for a long time and they still have the largest collection of retro computers.

AtariAge. - As the name suggests this is focussed towards the Atari, but the forum has great sections for others as well.
Vintage Computer Federation - The U.S. based organization that takes care of the revived Vintage Computer Festivals.
The Computer History Museum. I suppose this is the largest computer museum. Obviously they cover the whole of computer industry up to today
